To get superior service in calibration, IMCS Specialist Sdn Bhd (IMCS) was established at the request of our valued customers. Our Calibration Service is developed in accordance to the MS ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005 Standard which is a standard to measure the competence of the calibration laboratory.

All calibration work undertaken by us is carried out according to known national standards or international standards, procedures, methods or to the manufacturer’s specifications unless or otherwise requested by the customer. We assure full confidentiality for all the calibration service performed.

Product: Signal Conditioning and Isolators

Is a low cost “smart” in head transmitter that accepts PT100 temperature sensors and converts sensor output over a configured range to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA transmission signal.

A simple push button operation allows the user to not only select the desire range and burnout direction but also perform user trim at both (4 and 20) mA points.

Measures the level of any powder or free flowing solid, even under difficult circumstances - such as dust clouds caused by pneumatic filling, or constantly varying and uneven material surfaces. A built-in aiming device aids initial setting up on the tank roof. Nivelco offers a unique cost effective transmitter solution for single as well as multi-vessel applications.

High performance transmitter, which has flexible pressure calibration and output, automatic compensation of ambient temperature and process variable, configuration of various parameters, communication with HART protocol.

Has various applications, as measuring liquid, gas or steam flow as well as pressure and liquid level by application method.

Component: Hand Pump

Fast and efficient hydraulic field testing of pressure transmitters,gauges or switches is aided by an integral gauge adapter which allows the user to quickly attach a precision test gauge to the pump.

Fine adjustment piston provides an easy way to fine tune exact pressure. Liquid reservoir holds enough fluid for multiple calibrations.
